How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location, generally taking 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that custom prescription lenses are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty on your eyewear?
Yes, all Shwood eyewear is covered by a one-year manufacturing warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Can I put prescription lenses in my Shwood frames?
Most of our wood and acetate frames are RX-ready. You can either order directly through our site by uploading your prescription or take them to your local optician.
How should I care for my wood frames?
Our wood frames are sealed for water resistance, but should not be submerged. To clean, use the provided microfiber cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or excessive heat exposure.
