At Shwood Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted frames. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all domestic orders in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Frames

  Place the eyewear in its original wooden case and protective packaging to ensure the natural materials are not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received, our team will inspect the goods and issue a refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
